I teach Life Science to 7th graders at Pine Middle School in Reno, Nevada and I LOVE it! I have a B.S. in Biology and a M.A. in Teaching. In 2006 I earned national board certification in early adolescent science. My goal is to get my students involved in doing hands on activities in co-operative groups. Through problem-solving experiences both inside and outside the classroom my students build their observation and thinking skills to grow in their understanding of the natural world.
